Italian television on the hunt for the tastes of Berici

The Cerca Sapori (Italian television show) cameras were guests at our distillery. Fabrizio Gatta – host of the Rai Due show – was thrilled with us and fascinated by our work; he overwhelmed us with questions. The show - supported by the Zaia Min. of agriculture, and reporting in the world of Italian wine-and-food – spent three days in the Vicentine land to discover the peculiarities of the dinner table in our land. Obviously, the grappa could not be missed, so our company was chosen to talk about the history of this Berica tradition of excellence. The curious host came to visit the heart of our work, the distillery, to see how a good grappa is born and understand the philosophy of our company, always in the search of rare grape varieties. And, after the cameras were turned off, we tasted the distillates together with typical Vicentine biscuits, scrupulously made at home. The episode will be aired on May 28^th on Rai 2 at 09:15 am.
