

Obtained from the infusion of herb of grace with fine young grappa.
Light green in colour, this grappa is reminiscent of the taste of the herb with which it has been aromatised.
The particular characteristic of this grappa, prepared with great expertise from an ancient company recipe, is the great equilibrium between the perfume of the herb of grace and the aroma of the grappa, which are fused in a pleasing array of sensations, neither of them overcoming the other.
Its characteristic bitter aftertaste persists on the palate.

Obtained from the knowing distillation in copper heating chambers of marc of fermented red grapes originating from the province of Vicenza.
Before marketing, it is placed in inert containers for at least three long years, during which the taste is rounded, thanks to the slow evolution, and the grappa takes on softer and more delicate olfactory sensations.
Regardless of this passage, "Vicentine" grappa conserves a strong taste-olfactory personality. Its perfume is reminiscent of fermented marc and bitter almonds, while the taste is warm, harmonious and well balanced. Taste slightly cool, between 10° and 12° C.
This grappa is capable of convincing even the most demanding of palates, maintaining is pronounced qualities of "true grappa" unaltered.
