Cruvajo - Distillation of Cruvajo or Cruajo grapes.

Exclusive and rare. Refined and delicate perfume, dry, harmonious and well structured to the taste. The slight hint of wild fruit and bitter almonds makes this product a veritable olfactory surprise, capable of capturing even the most refined palates.
It may be served cool during summer, or poured over non-sherbet ice creams. The Distilleria Fratelli Brunello proposes this exceptionally refined and harmonious product to connoisseurs of distilled products, continuing in their work of promoting and safeguarding historical local vines, which would otherwise be in danger of disappearing. Cruvajo or Cruajo: a vine that is cultivated in the area of Breganze and the Berico Hills, beginning at the dawn of the 1700s. A wine of an antiqued red colour is produced from this vine, which is slightly bitter to the taste, dry, full and round. The name "Cruajo" derives from the Venetian dialect term "cruo", which means "raw". In fact, this type of grape matures late and sometimes never matures completely.
For this reason, cultivation of this vine was almost completely abandoned and it became almost impossible to find the grapes.
To enjoy its characteristics in the best possible manner, it is advisable to serve this grappa in tulip-shaped glasses, at a temperature between 10° and 15° C.

UvaeUva

Young and modern. Born of the will of the Fratelli Brunello to continue along the road of evolution and growth of the family business.
Contrary to grappa, grape brandy is obtained from the distillation of valued white grapes, among which moscato stands out in view of its aromatic qualities.
These grapes are harvested with care when they are completely mature, then pressed and separated from the stalk; the product obtained is fermented in steel containers and then distilled while it is still whole.
The great passion for quality and the long professional experience of Fratelli Brunello, together with the absolute quality of the raw material, give birth to a highly refined distilled product from the point of view of its olfactory qualities; with a slight hint of moscato, it is extremely harmonious to the palate.
Thanks to the delicacy of this product, it is also suitable for use in the making of pastry.
Serve in tulip-shaped glasses at a temperature between 8° and 12° C.

Alcohol Content: 40% vol.
