In the eighties entered the fourth generation, which is still in charge of the business today.

Giovanni, Paolo (Giandomenico´s son) and Stefano (Antonio´s son) arrived.

They brought new ideas and a renewed ability to understand the taste of consumers: an ever-broader public, demanding products of a softer and more refined taste.

The Brunello family refine the distillation techniques and widen the range, creating new monovitigno (single grape) distillates and beginning to distil grape.

Although they were young, the new Brunello Brothers owners knew that that any innovation must be subject to the tradition which today must be entrusted to artisan distillers.

This explains why, at the moment when they were forced to replace their still, they searched for, and found, an old discontinuous boiler system with low pressure and temperature, discarded by a distillery when switching to more industrial production. For this reason all three owners have taken in-depth distilling courses to broaden their knowledge.
