La Scura - 12 months, obtained by distilling fermented grape pomace in red berry, harmonic, full-bodied but not aggressive. La Scura Riserva - 30 months is aged in Allier oak barrels for over thirty months. It can wash down Tuscany cigars and fondant chocolate.
