FRUIT PRESERVED IN GRAPPA

Apricots in Grappa

The apricots we use come from areas that are especially suited for this type of crop. After they have been naturally dried, the apricots are cleaned by hand, one by one, and then left to soak in young 45% grappa. After that, the fruit is sealed in a glass jar.

Packaging: glass jar and light cardboard box

Cherries in Grappa

The dark sweet cherries are harvested when fully ripe, then carefully washed by hand. Once the stems have been removed, the cherries are soaked in young grappa (45%) for a suitable amount of time in tanks. The fruit is then transferred to glass jars where a small amount of sugar is added.

Raisins in Grappa

The dehydrated organic grapes we use come from Chilean harvests. After thorough hand washing, the fruit is left to soak in tanks filled with young grappa (45%).
The fruit is then transferred to glass jars where a small amount of sugar is added.
