Together with Rai Uno in defence of natural grappas

Hands off the old mountain recipes: the producers of bitters and grappas defend them, as the Rai Uno service broadcasted on 1^st September in the course of the national News reports.

We were asked to give our opinion and Paolo Brunello stated the policy of his company: absolutely against artificial aromas, for the protection of natural herbs, in the name of tradition.
