Four for Qualithos

Spring animates us with new ideas. And so between May and June we of the Qualithos Enterprises propose the first itinerant course for an initial approach to learning about grappa and wine. The initiative is called “Quattro per Qualithos” (Four for Qualithos), a means of getting to know wine and grappa in four stages, one for each of our enterprises. The course will begin at the Le Pignole Family Farm, on Saturday 15 May, and deal with the aspects associated with wine making. On Saturday 29 May we move on to the Piovene Porto Godi Family Farm to discover the characteristics of the local territory. Saturday 5 June is the turn of the Fratelli Brunello Distillery of Motegalda (Brunello Brothers Distillery) where we will discover the art of distillation; and finally on Saturday 19 June we will visit the Dal Maso Family Farm, to learn about wine tasting.
