This Aged Grappa is made from a special blend of red grape pomaces originating from the Berico and Euganean Hills (Veneto region).
It is distilled according to a traditional method and is aged in Allier oak barrels for over 12 months. It is neither too full-bodied nor too soft. It is round and warm to the palate, with notes of spices and long persistence.
It pairs very well with 70% dark chocolate, with cheese aged over 18 months or with a nice cigar.

This Young Mono-Varietal Grappa, made from premium Brunello di Montalcino pomace (Tuscany), has great personality.
It is distilled according to a traditional method and its intense scent carries mineral and fruity notes. It is soft and round to the palate.
It pairs very well with mincemeat pies or with dried fruits and nuts.

This premium Young Grappa is obtained from the pomace of the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other autochthonous varieties, which are used to produce the renowned Amarone wine in the Valpolicella (Veneto region).
Distilled according to a traditional method, this grappa’s intense aroma carries fruity notes. It is soft, straightforward and full of flavor.
It pairs extremely well with savory cheese, with 60% chocolate or with handmade medium-aged cigars.

This Young Aromatic Grappa is obtained from fragrant grape pomace of the Fior d’Arancio variety grown on the Euganean Hills (Veneto).
It is distilled according to a traditional method and it delivers a highly intense bouquet with harmonious flavors. It was awarded the Gold Medal at the 2015 Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
Excellent when paired with blue cheese or with any chocolate parfait.

This Young Single-Vintage Grappa is made from a blend of fermented red grape pomaces of the Carmenere and Raboso varieties originating from wineries in the Veneto region.
It is distilled according to a traditional method to preserve its strong taste-olfactory characteristics. Its aroma is reminiscent of the red grape pomace it came from. This is a traditional grappa dedicated to the Veneto region.
It pairs extremely well with aged Asiago cheese and it lends itself to the local custom of “Rasentin”, to rinse the after-dinner espresso coffee cup whit it.
